Meet Arnel

If you’ve been charged with a crime or serious traffic violation, you’re probably feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. That’s where I come in. I’ve spent over 20 years working in the criminal justice system — first as a private investigator, then as a prosecutor, and now as a defense attorney who’s here to fight for you.

After earning my degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois, I worked in private investigation and security for six years. I then went on to earn my law degree from DePaul University College of Law and joined the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office. There, I handled hundreds of cases, from DUIs to serious criminal charges, gaining valuable insight into how prosecutors build their cases.

Today, I use that experience to defend people charged with criminal or traffic violations. I understand what’s at stake, and I know how stressful this time can be. My goal is to guide you through the process, protect your rights, and work hard to get the best possible outcome. You don’t have to face this alone.
